Introduction

Welcome to m8bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an English-language online entertainment platform accessible at m8bet.casa. m8bet provides live casino games, sports betting, slot games, and related online entertainment services to registered members.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between m8bet and any individual ("you", "User", "Member") who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity. These Terms apply to all sections of the Platform, including but not limited to the sports betting interface, live casino lobby, slot game section, promotional pages, and customer support channels.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree unconditionally to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may not register or maintain an account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on m8bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. m8bet enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered Members. Registration by individuals under 21 is prohibited, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful where you reside.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of m8bet or any of its affiliated companies, game studio partners, or payment service providers.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any court or regulatory order restricting your access to online gambling services.
6. You have not previously had an m8bet account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Malaysian Driver's License);
• A valid, personal email address to which you have sole access;
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number;
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above;
• A unique username and secure password of your choosing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify m8bet immediately via live chat or email should you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. m8bet will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Account credentials are strictly non-transferable. Sharing your username or password with any third party, or permitting another individual to access your account, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While m8bet endeavours to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for outages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or acting as an intermediary for other bettors;
• Attempt to access any part of the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or administrative interfaces;
• Use automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform's betting interface or games;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of any game, bet settlement, or payout calculation;
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from m8bet.

m8bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game category, or section of the Platform at any time without prior notice, provided that any bets already placed and accepted prior to such changes shall be honoured in accordance with the prevailing rules at the time of placement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

m8bet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian Members:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX — covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and other participating financial institutions
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per method and per day; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. m8bet targets processing times of under 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals, 5–15 minutes for DuitNow/FPX transfers, and 15–60 minutes for direct bank wire. These are indicative targets and may vary during peak periods or where additional compliance checks are required.

m8bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited where transactions are flagged by our risk management systems. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal holds pending review.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

m8bet offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and crypto deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general provisions apply to all bonuses:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated explicitly in the promotion terms. Standard welcome bonuses carry wagering requirements between 10x and 35x the bonus amount.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate as specified per promotion.
3. Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses may expire after a stated period. Once expired, bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
4. One Bonus Per Person: m8bet enforces a strict one-account, one-bonus policy for welcome promotions. Members who create multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will have all accounts suspended and all balances forfeited.
5. Bonus Abuse: m8bet monitors wagering patterns to identify systematic abuse of bonuses. Where abuse is detected, m8bet reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.
6. Withdrawal of Bonus: Bonus credits may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus wagering that exceed the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the m8bet Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, competition, or game type. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing a wager. General provisions applying to all betting and gaming activities include:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation notification. m8bet reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion without providing a reason, particularly where system errors, odds errors, or compliance flags are identified.
• Odds Errors: Where odds are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, human input error, or third-party data feed issue — m8bet reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has commenced.
• Event Cancellations: Where a sporting event or game round is cancelled or declared void by the relevant governing body, any bets placed on that event will be refunded to the Member's Real Money Balance.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are processed in real time. Bets accepted after the conclusion of an event or after a material change in outcome will be voided.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the parlay to pay out. A single void selection reduces the parlay accordingly per the applicable rules. Minimum and maximum parlay combinations are displayed within the betting interface.
• Game RNG: All slot and casino table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators operated by our licensed game studio partners. m8bet does not manipulate or intervene in any game outcome.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format;
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in conjunction with external platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, to the detriment of m8bet;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. m8bet complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity where required;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used. Members who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and the disputed amount pursued through available legal means;
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting any software bug, system vulnerability, or game malfunction to obtain credits, winnings, or any other advantage not intended by the Platform's design.

Responsible Gambling

m8bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment — not a source of income, not a solution to financial stress, and not an activity that should interfere with personal, family, or professional life.

All Members have access to the following responsible gambling tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period, after which the account will be temporarily restricted;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session-end reminders or hard cutoffs after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a mandatory break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your account will be suspended from wagering;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed until the agreed exclusion period has elapsed.

The minimum age to hold an m8bet account is 21 years. Any user found to be under this age will have their account immediately suspended and funds returned to the relevant payment source.

Intellectual Property

All content on the m8bet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, user interface layout, written content, game integration wrappers, promotional graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of m8bet or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from the Platform without written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use the m8bet name, logo, or any associated brand assets in any external publication, social media content, or commercial context without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m8bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of betting funds due to technical outages, connectivity failures, or third-party payment processing errors;
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information provided by the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Any delay in withdrawal processing caused by compliance checks, banking system downtime, or factors beyond m8bet's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit m8bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Termination & Suspension

m8bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; or detection of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any confirmed Real Money Balance (excluding bonus credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method on record, within a reasonable processing period.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the m8bet support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to their conclusion before the account is closed.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which m8bet is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between m8bet and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes may be referred to appropriate arbitration or mediation processes as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.

Amendments

m8bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, m8bet will notify active Members via email to their registered address and/or via an on-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
